Proposed Alcohol Sales Tax Chaps Owners

Dan Frankel, D-Squirrel Hill, that would add a 10-percent tax on alcohol sales in Allegheny County has raised the ire of local bar and restaurant owners, Pittsburgh Business Times reports.
